We are excited to bring Sustainable to New York this June for the Brooklyn Film Festival. From the Rodale Institute to Klaas Martens’ einkorn fields to chef Dan Barber at Blue Hill, the east coast plays a major part in this documentary, as well as America’s food culture. Can’t wait to bring this story to the east coast!
